Three working days for people who can actually change how their
organisation works.

ABOUT THE SEMINAR

This is not a training course on a single topic. It is a working space.
Every session is designed to produce something your organisation can
take home and use: a target-group profile, a mission statement that
holds up, a plan with dates on it, a partner with a shared objective.

Over three working days the programme moves from the inside out. We
start by clarifying who your organisation is and who it actually serves.
We then build a long-term plan capable of producing real impact. We
close by connecting with the local community in Iasi and with each
other, turning the room into a working consortium.

Hosted by ACS Forza Junior Costuleni, a Romanian organisation working
since 2014 with children and young people from vulnerable groups
through sport and non-formal education.

WHO IT IS FOR

This seminar only works if the person in the room can act on it. We are
looking for one of the following:

- Legal representatives
- Project managers
- Board members
- Youth workers who know how their organisation actually runs

Requirements: English B2 or above, availability for the full duration,
and a mandate to take or influence decisions about your organisation's
strategy. No age limit — what matters is the role you hold.

PROGRAMME

Day 1 — WHO WE ARE
Getting to know each other, partner organisation presentations and
best-practice exchange. Defining the target group by categories,
demographic analysis of the community your organisation actually serves,
and clarifying purpose, mission, values and working directions so the
whole team can use them.

Day 2 — WHERE WE ARE GOING
Building a long-term plan with impact: setting objectives, laying the
foundation, designing for results you can measure. Then follow-up and
dissemination done for real — not written for the report and forgotten.

Day 3 — WHO WE GO WITH
Meeting members of the local community in Iasi: NGOs, public
institutions and youth initiatives. Then mapping the room, identifying
common strategies within the consortium, and building new objectives
and partnerships at European level.

Sessions run 09:30-13:00 and 15:00-18:30. Evenings are reserved for
intercultural exchange and informal networking.

WHAT YOU TAKE HOME

- A clarified mission, set of values and target-group profile
- A draft long-term plan with objectives and a timeline
- A working follow-up and dissemination method
- At least one concrete partnership idea with another organisation
- A shared consortium map of common objectives for future applications
- Youthpass certificate

WHO CAN APPLY

Organisations from European Union member states.
1-2 participants per country.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Accommodation, meals, activities and materials are covered 100%.
There is no participation fee.

Travel is reimbursed up to the Erasmus+ distance band ceiling
(standard / green travel, per person):

10-99 km 28 EUR / 56 EUR
100-499 km 211 EUR / 285 EUR
500-1999 km 309 EUR / 417 EUR
2000-2999 km 395 EUR / 535 EUR
3000-3999 km 580 EUR / 785 EUR

Not covered: taxi inside Iasi, travel insurance, visa costs, extra
nights outside the official dates.

VENUE

Hotel Coral, Iasi. 2-3 people per room with private shower, all meals
on site, seminar room with projector, free Wi-Fi.

One submission per participant — if your organisation nominates two
people, please fill it twice.

DEADLINE: 30 September 2026

All nominations received by the deadline are reviewed together, so
there is no advantage in applying first. We confirm places by e-mail.
Please do not book any travel before your place is confirmed.
