Some objectives of the training course are:

- To improve the knowledge and skills of youth workers in social media strategy, status analysis, Identifying the
communication target, identifying target audiences, work plan preparation;
- To improve the knowledge and skills of youth workers for social media through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Buffer and Hotsuite;
- To improve the infographic, visual knowledge and skills of youth workers with Canva and CamTasia;
- Create an online social media strategy handbook and deliver it to 20,000 youth workers;
- To create a guide for social media tools and to reach 20,000 youth workers;
- To create an online visual design handbook and deliver it to 20,000 youth workers;
- To create an environment of tolerance towards diversity by providing interaction between cultures and languages;
- To provide equality and social inclusion environment for fewer opportunities.
