Training Course for youth worker interested in increasing their leader's facilitator's or trainer's skills in the field of conflict management.
During the Training Course participants will gain their knowledge, experience and skills in fields of:
• Types of conflicts;
• Necessity of avoiding conflict;
• The nature of conflict: Conflicts and why does conflict appears? How to avoid conflict situations?;
• Personal Conflict strategies: each training participant will fill the test to analyze own strategy in conflict situations;
• Conflict of interests;
• What do you need to know about the dynamics and development of the conflict, to stop, to localize conflict development;
• Conflicts in different cultures;
• We will learn about group conflicts: theory and practice. How to avoid conflict situations in group?
• "6 hats de Bono" method for group decision without conflict conflicts;
• Stages of conflict resolutions: Theory and practice;
We will play different simulation games aimed to construct of the micro- and macro-picture for non-conflict interaction in the modern world. Each participant will create conflict resolution individual plan which help to understand and overcome the conflicts in the future work with youth;
During 8 days training, which will take place in Poland, nearly Baltic Sea, youth workers from at least 6 countries will have opportunity to exchange good practices, improve skills of conflict management, learn new methods work with youth.
