Career Guidance Programme for VET Students

We are looking for German Hosting Organizations in the field of Non-formal Education Practises. Target Group is the VET Students in the Automative Industry.

Aim of the project : Career Guidance activities for VET Students who have disadvantaged backgrounds in automative Industry.

Background :
Maxion Inci (Joint Venture of Inci Holding and Ioshpe Maxion) is the leading tire-rim manufacturer in Turkey.
Student Support and Development Programme of the Maxion have been conducted since 2016.
Aim of the Programme: Guiding VET Students for their career paths. This programme is unique in Manisa OIZ and implemented by Maxion. There are 20 students in this programme. During the programme:
- We give students scholarships for their education.
- We provide personal development trainings for the students.
- We mentorship the students with our senior level executives.
- We give opportunity to be an apprentice in our company for 8 months, 3 days/week to gain business life experience.

Our passion is transferring knowledge to the other partner organizations and learn different perspectives / approaches from them.
