Call for Partnerships for International Youth Exchange Programs

Operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports as the Dr. Sadık Ahmet Youth Center in Kırklareli, we continue our activities within the framework of international exchange programs to support the comprehensive development of young people aged 14 to 29 years of age in our region. We are currently preparing a comprehensive proposal for a youth exchange project under the Ministry’s June application call for national youth projects. This initiative aims to promote dialogue among partners, develop social responsibility skills, and support cultural exchange among young participants from different countries. In this context, we believe that a partnership established between our youth center and your organization will significantly enhance the quality and impact of this project. To ensure a smooth implementation and a fair distribution of responsibilities for both parties regarding financial obligations and cost-sharing mechanisms, we propose the mutual cost-sharing model commonly used in international youth exchanges. Our Kırklareli team will cover their own transportation costs to your location for the exchange activities, while your organization will be responsible for covering the expenses (accommodation, meals, and local transportation) incurred during the activities taking place in the city where your organization is located. In return, when your team travels to Kırklareli, the Dr. Sadık Ahmet Youth Center in Kırklareli will be responsible for covering their equivalent expenses (accommodation, meals, and local transportation) during their stay. The international travel expenses (e.g., bus, train, and plane tickets) for both teams will generally be covered by the sending organizations. We are also attaching our budget to the appendix.
