BUILD TOGETHER HUMAN RIGHTS

This project it's a way to foster a culture of Human Rights in youth and has a pivotal role to building up a social change towards a more equal society.

BUILD TOGETHER HUMAN RIGHTS is a Youth exchange that promotes european values, awareness of other cultures (European and non European), human rights, self-empowerment of the participants and cooperation between organizations in the youth field. The aim is to empower young Europeans as actors of positive social change by enhancing their self-development through knowledge and sharing ideas.
The project, therefore, focuses on empowering young Europeans by bringing them together in a multicultural environment and involving them in activities that would enhance self-development: case studies, debates, role plays and speaking from experience.
The objectives of the project are to encourage young Europeans to become more aware of other cultures (of the hosting country, of the other participants) and of the human rights, especially of democratic citizenship, tolerance and defense for rights in other cultures and countries.
This way, the participants will be encouraged and empowered to be actors of positive social change in their communities and countries.
The project involves 32 participants, male and females, aged from 14 up to 17, from 4 countries (two European and two no European).
The project start date it's 01/11/2019 and the end date it’s 07/11/2019.
