AI Skills for Youth Leadership and Opportunity

AI Skills for Youth Leadership and Opportunity is a partnership concept developed by CERTIFICATES IN AI Sp. z o.o. (CEAI), a Polish AI training and capacity-building company based in Poznań.

The project aims to help young adults aged 18+ develop practical artificial intelligence skills together with leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, employability and entrepreneurship competencies.

The objective is not simply to teach young people how to use AI tools. Participants would work in teams, identify a real challenge, verify information, share responsibilities, develop and test a small project or solution, and present evidence of their own contribution.

The proposed learning areas include:

• responsible and practical use of artificial intelligence;
• critical thinking and verification of AI-generated information;
• leadership, teamwork and communication;
• employability and future skills;
• entrepreneurship and social innovation;
• opportunity mapping for further education, work and international cooperation;
• sustainable development and responsible digital transformation.

CEAI can contribute:

• practical AI training and digital-skills expertise;
• online learning environment and structured learning content;
• assessment and practical learning activities;
• IAIDL – International AI Driving License as a practical AI-literacy foundation;
• selected learning from AI for Business Leaders and AI for Marketing & Sales where relevant;
• development of customised training modules;
• planned in-person training where agreed.

Our standard online programmes are delivered in English and are available 24/7.

We are looking for experienced youth organisations, NGOs, educational institutions, youth centres and employability or entrepreneurship organisations that can contribute:

• youth-work methodology;
• participant recruitment and preparation;
• inclusion and safeguarding;
• mentoring and youth leadership development;
• employability or entrepreneurship support;
• local implementation and follow-up.

A possible pilot could involve small international teams of young adults developing projects around digital literacy, social innovation, employability, entrepreneurship or sustainable development.

Each participant could complete the project with:

• a reviewed practical project or prototype;
• evidence of their own contribution;
• a personal skills portfolio;
• a realistic next-step plan for further learning, work or entrepreneurship.

We are interested in cooperation with organisations from Europe and neighbouring partner regions and are open to jointly developing the most appropriate project format.

The project is currently at the partnership-development stage. Final activities, funding arrangements, responsibilities and implementation will be agreed jointly with selected partners and, where applicable, remain subject to the relevant programme and funding rules.
