CERTIFICATES IN AI Sp. z o.o. (CEAI) is a Polish training and capacity-building company based in Poznań, specialising in practical artificial intelligence skills, digital learning, assessment and professional development.

CEAI works with professionals, organisations and emerging leaders to build practical and responsible AI capabilities that can be applied in education, business, leadership and organisational development.

For youth-related cooperation, CEAI is particularly interested in partnerships with youth organisations, NGOs, educational institutions and international networks working on:

youth leadership and employability;
artificial intelligence and digital literacy;
entrepreneurship and social innovation;
critical thinking and responsible use of AI;
digital transformation in youth work;
sustainable development;
opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities;
international cooperation and capacity-building.

Our current programmes include IAIDL – International AI Driving License, AI for Business Leaders, and AI for Marketing & Sales.

CEAI can also co-design tailored learning programmes with partner organisations. Our standard online programmes are delivered in English and are available 24/7. Planned in-person training can also be organised where appropriate.

In international youth projects, CEAI is interested in contributing primarily as an AI training, digital-skills and capacity-building partner, while youth organisations retain responsibility for youth work methodology, safeguarding, inclusion, participant support and local implementation.

We are particularly interested in cooperation through training and networking activities, strategic partnerships, capacity-building projects and youth-focused international initiatives where CEAI’s expertise can provide clear added value.
