AI-Ready Youth: practical AI literacy for young people (KA210)

Small-scale partnership (KA210-YOU, deadline March 2027): co-create and test non-formal AI literacy workshops for young people. Looking for 1–2 partners.

Young people use AI tools every day, but few learn how to use them safely, critically and effectively. Building on our AI workshops in Slovenian secondary schools, we want to develop a practical, non-formal approach to AI literacy together with partner organisations.

Planned activities:
- Exchange of practices between partners: how we teach young people to use AI safely, critically and creatively.
- Co-creation of a non-formal workshop format on AI literacy and future skills (including AI for learning, careers and entrepreneurship).
- Local pilots with groups of young people (15–30) in each partner country.
- A free, open toolkit for youth workers and schools, shared through our networks.

Programme: Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership in the field of youth (KA210-YOU). Application deadline expected in March 2027 (round 1), project start between September and December 2027, duration about 18 months.

We are looking for 1–2 registered youth organisations (NGOs, associations or Global Shapers hubs with legal status) from Erasmus+ programme countries, with experience in non-formal education, digital skills or youth entrepreneurship. Newcomers to Erasmus+ are very welcome.

Our role: we coordinate the partnership and prepare the application; partners contribute their expertise, run local pilots and help disseminate the results.

Interested? Write to taj.lavric@globalshapers.si by 1 February 2027.
