Addiction- we have a way!

„Addiction- we have a way!” this project is a proposal addressed to young people from demoralized environment and social exclusion struggling with the problems of addiction in a direct or passive way. The main topic of the project will be prevention of addiction among youth through sport activity. We would like to organize workshops and activities aimed at preventing addictions, preventing duplication of inappropriate attitudes learned from family home or the nearest local environment and promoting active froms of spending free time. We would like the workshops and joint effort of the youth concerning the main topic to be an inspiration for changing their lifestyle and for working on their own weaknesses. Sports activates are aimed at integrating international youth environment and showing them interesting forms of spending free time. Working in a group, both during the workshops and sports activities teach them responsibility, trust and teamwork.

Objectives:
1. Prevention of addictions among young people.
2. Prevention of duplication of inappropriate social attitudes learned from family home or nearest, local environment.
3. Promoting active forms of spending free time without drugs and additions.
4. Activating young people with fewer opportunities risked with social exclusion.
5. Development of good practices regarding the use of non-formal education with youth, enriched with the aspect of internationality.
6. Improving language skills of participants

Work forms:
Any activities undertaken within the framework of the project will be based on forms of non-formal education. Activities will be an excellent opportunity for discussion, exchange of experience and information. Informal discussion forum will facilitate the process of leaning . The following forms of activities will be applied:
1. Youth Workshops.
2. Workshops with experts.
3. Meeting interesting sport figures.
4. Activities in the area of sports facilities.
5. Integration activities.

English will be the working language for all the activities.

Costs:
Food and accommodation costs will be covered. Travel costs will be reimbursement. (european distance calculato.
