The main goal of the training: Showing the significance of the change of attitudes, behavior and values of young people in non-formal education projects.
The main theme:
Educators, youth workers, have a unique opportunity to influence the attitudes of the future generations. This should be regarded as an enormous responsibility for the development of the whole societies. With international and local projects young people have the opportunity to participate in non-formal education projects which aim is to introduce the process of change of their attitudes and values. This training will focus on often insufficient and short-term results of youth projects in terms of participants’ attitudes, behavior and values and what can be improved to ensure a permanent change.
The result:
Participants of the project will put more care that their youthwork contributes to the real changes in youth attitudes and knowledge. They will be able to build educational programs focused on long-term effects.
Who are we looking for:
The participants can include:
- teachers;
- NGO workers;
- Public administration workers,
All the particiapants need to fluently communicate in English.
When?:
September 2015

Erasmus + Programme Countries, Eastern Europe and Caucasus
