ACT: Art, Creativity and Theatre for a social inclusion

“ACT” is a Mobility for Youth Workers that aims to improve the professional skills of youth workers through creative, artistic and theatrical tools.

“ACT” is a Mobility for Youth Workers that aims to improve the professional skills of youth workers through creative, artistic and theatrical tools in order to offer resources that can improve the social inclusion and active participation of young people belonging to their respective communities of origin and who are in situations of social exclusion.

METHODS
The program's methods are non-formal and based on direct experience of feelings and emotions.

AIMS
-Increase the quality of work in the field of youth.
-Provide beneficiaries with new tools based on art, theatre and creativity through which they can create and plan projects aimed at promoting social inclusion.
-Promote the exchange of good practices, experiences and work methodologies in the field of youth between collaborating organisations, with the aim of promoting the inclusion of people in situations of social exclusion.
-Strengthen the role of the Erasmus+ programme and non-formal education as tools to promote the inclusion of people who are in disadvantaged situations.

For whom?
Our training course is designed to empower 24 youth with essential skills and experiences to enhance their personal growth and professional development.
