ACCADEMY of SUCCESS

ACCADEMY of SUCCESS. It is a national programme which connects children with difficult history with someone who finally believes in them. That person is a tutor, a volunteer who regularly meets the child and works with him in the context of developed and proven methodologies.
Project ACADEMY of SUCCESS creates a friendly space for both volunteers and pupils so they can learn how to overcome difficulties. This programme shows children that each of them is special and can achieve success if they only believe in themselves as much as we believe in them. The most important thing is to show kids that they truly matter in this world and how unique, important and beautiful they are. Even though they are young, our kids share many sad and difficult stories. They went through a lot in and that’s why they need someone who will be there for them, someone who believes, supports, motivates and teaches them how to grow. Volunteers show to kids that school and education is very important. Show them that change and success may be just around the corner. It’s worth to try to get there.
From next year we would like to also include activities in the area of NVC (non-violent-communication).
