A Reason of Youth Unemployment: ''Job Discrimination'' Workshop

The main frame of the Action 1.1 project titled ' A Reason of Youth Unemployment - Job Discrimination Workshop' which is going to be actualized between the dates 02/03/2014 and 09/03/2014 in Eskişehir/TURKEY by Anadolu University European Union Research, Practise and Documentation Center (ADOM) covered by Turkish National Agency is set out below:
 With emphasizing the concept of human rights and discrimination, and displaying the main problems of both consepts, increase the awareness about those topics,

 To increase the awareness among young people about the necessity of social excluded jobs in social life by breaking the prejudice against that job families with the method of empathy,

 To catch the opportunity of learning different Europe countries' perspective related that job families,

 To create workshops and perform dramas related with the youth unemployment caused by job discrimination,

 To generate new solutions to the problem of youth unemployment at training workshops,
 To cause young people to become closer and afford them the opportunity of learning different kinds of cultures by arranging cultural events.

 To improve the social harmony and fellow feeling by giving a chance to work some of these excluded jobs for 1-2 hours to the participants of the project.
