A peer supporter can change the world!

A Youth Exchange about the power of peer support and how volunteer peer supporters can be more effective.

The Youth exchange is intended to be a time of reflexion and sharing between young people from different parts of Europe about what young people need to be included and feel happier at school and within the community and how we, as peer supporters, can help.
It is a 8-day action intended to take place in one of the countries of the partners (not necessarily Portugal).
The participants are supposed to already have some experience in the field of peer support, either at school or in non-formal / informal youth contexts.
