A Paradigm of Anti-Discrimination Awareness (P.AN.D.A.)

P.AN.D.A. will enhance anti-discrimination in diverse societies.NFE will be employed on stereotypes, prejudice,exclusion, hate speech, xenophobia, racism.

Objectives:
• defining and understanding the concept of diversity,
• setting the comprehensive grounds for stereotypes & prejudice for individuals and groups of people,
• experiential surfacing of causes-effects of discrimination,
• exploring/understanding the multi-dimensional nature of identities (on personal and group level),
• experiencing minority-majority relations,
• analyzing the role and influence of discrimination language in folk culture, colloquial and media language (hate speech),
• creating resourceful ways to raise awareness, shape anti-racist mentality and in-fluence public opinion,
• contriving ways of opposing to discrimination and sharing experiences and good practices among youth workers.
