The purpose of this seminar is to share different experiences that encourage youth participation and youth work within the program "Youth in Action". Under a dynamic and participatory methodology is intended to exchange good practices between participants at the same time, resources, tools and materials to promote non-formal learning from organizations that work with young people to become more agile and effective.
