Zampameriendas

We are Zampameriendas, an informal group of young creatives based in Madrid, passionate about culture, art and popular tradition. Our aim is to bring together young people from different backgrounds to explore folklore, dance and community through the lens of art and history, with particular attention to the voices and perspectives that are often left at the margins. We believe tradition is not something to preserve behind glass, but a living language that can still connect people across generations and borders. Through workshops, cultural events and creative collaborations, we build spaces where history, art and community meet.

    Youth Exchange in rural Spain focused on traditional/folckloric music and dance. A project linking cultural heritage, diversity, and dissident youth voices.
