Wisdom Tutoring Factory’s mission is to prepare young people to successfully meet the challenges of today’s society by empowering them through both formal and non-formal educational activities. The organization team strives to provide opportunities that open new perspectives for young people and help them grow personally and professionally.
Wisdom Tutoring Factory’s activities include international training and mobility programs such as volunteering, youth exchanges, and training courses. In addition to mobility programs, the organization also focuses on preparing young people for these opportunities. This includes disseminating information about scholarships, internships, and exchanges abroad, as well as providing practical support through workshops on CV writing, crafting motivation letters, and developing essential skills for international applications.
The key strength of Wisdom Tutoring Factory lies in its founding members: professionals with diverse backgrounds and international experience who bring valuable skills and competencies to every project we implement.

Wisdom Tutoring Factory’s main objectives:
➔ Promote core values of equality, justice, solidarity, and tolerance among youth through diverse volunteer and educational projects.
➔ Provide non-formal and informal education rooted in democratic principles, giving young people equal access to opportunities for personal and social development.
➔ Raise awareness of social challenges and foster collaboration among local and international youth by organizing activities that encourage intercultural dialogue and community engagement.
➔ Support youth participation in international opportunities by spreading information about scholarships, exchanges, and mobility programs abroad, and by offering practical guidance such as CV preparation, motivation letter workshops, and skills training.
➔ Implement local and international initiatives in cooperation with international non-governmental organizations to achieve shared goals.
➔ Secure and support projects through contracts, grants, and agreements.

The organization works around the following themes: social inclusion, civic engagement, environmental sustainability, mental and physical well-being, digitalization, media literacy, and promotion of youth participation in international educational activities. As a main approach, the organization team aims to identify the needs of local youth and offer opportunities that match their interests.
Wisdom Tutoring Factory has actively engaged in both local and international initiatives since its establishment in 2022. The organization has successfully implemented, hosted, and contributed to several K152, K153 projects (see the table below), gaining valuable experience in youth work, project management, and intercultural learning.
The organization regularly organizes informal meetings and workshops with local young people to inform them about international opportunities, such as Erasmus+ exchanges, internships, and volunteering programs. In addition, the organization also shares information online through our digital platforms, making this information more accessible to a wider group of young people. These activities provide youth with the tools and motivation to participate in mobility projects, while also creating peer-to-peer networks that inspire others in their communities.
