VEA GLOBAL is an engineering and technical consultancy firm whose mission is to boost the competitiveness of its clients by a wide spectrum of activities, including: establishment of management procedures (quality, innovation, environmental), supporting in the whole innovation cycle (from creativity until market uptake of innovations), reducing industries operative costs (waste management, energy efficiency …), providing training related to mentioned topics …

We are experts on innovation management, creativity tools, learn by doing methodologies, advising for strategic planning, advising services related to the EFQM model, R&D and innovation strategies, training programmes for innovation managers and innovation consultants, design and implementation of communication and dissemination strategies… As well as in energy, efficiency and sustainability.

In the field of youths we have an interesting background: we offer training and awareness programmes , we usually collaborate with the University (internships and conferences), we have just finished currthe TATRA project (www.tatra-eu.net), funded under Leonardo Da Vinci Programme and aiming to develop an e-learning curriculum for VET studies focused on tour guides.

Additionally we are experts in the development and implementation of communication and dissemination strategies and we do count with a valuable network of contacts (youth entrepreneur associations, professional associations, training institutions and public authorities).

The company counts on a department with experience on entrepreneurship: since years ago we are the co-ordinators of the incubator called Industrial Factory in Vicálvaro (Madrid - Spain). Additionally, we managed the project Innovation Committees in the region of Villaverde (Madrid - Spain), aimed at encouraging and fostering business activities in the region and involving SMEs and entrepreneurs.

We are experts in strategic planning ( defining objectives and specific actions to implement aimed at knowledge transfer amongst projects) for public and private institutions. Besides we have designed action plans in over 100 municipalities based on a active citizenship approach.

Last but not least, the company is highly experienced in design educational activities based on learn by doing methodologies targeting diverse audiences and considering their specific needs related to understanding renewable energies and sustainable behavior.
