Talentum Alapítvány

„Talentum Foundation for the Support of Volunteering” was established in 2002.

OUR MISSION is to train, improve and gather individuals, communities, co-workers and volunteers of non-governmental organisations; support self-organisations; represent and spread the culture of volunteering.

OUR AIM is to establish a basis which enables individuals to work in a value-oriented way for different communities, non-governmental organisations and churches.

There are four sections belonging to the work of the Foundation:
- Volunteer Centre of Csongrád County: The centre’s primary goal is to spread and improve the culture of volunteering; therefore we pursue several activities concerning volunteers and NGOs.
- Talentum Development and Methodology Centre: The centre’s mission is to support the non-profit sector by training individuals, communities and co-workers of other NGOs.
- Talentum Teenage Development Centre: The overall goal of the Centre is to support disadvantaged youngsters holistically through diverse activities.
- Labour Market Service Centre: The most important goal of the Centre is to support the unemployed concerning their carrier by empowering them and enhancing their competences.

We have a lot of experience in international cooperation. Both as partners and applicants we took part in Youth in Action/ Erasmus+, Grundtvig, ... We are an active accreditated host and sending organisation for EVS.

We would like to share our experience in following fields: volunteering on local and international basis, mentoring, personal competence development, NGO development, support of local initiatives. We are interested in topics like volunteering, social entrepreneurship and youth unemployment. We aim to have long-term partnerships which are mutualy beneficial.
