SVOI Pro

SVOI Pro is a youth-led non-governmental organisation founded in 2024 by a group of young professionals in Kyiv. Born out of a shared vision for a stronger, more empowered generation, our organisation is committed to supporting Ukrainian youth and young professionals during a time of uncertainty, change, and opportunity.

We aim to fill the gaps left by formal education by providing practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and inclusive spaces for growth and experimentation. Our work is especially focused on underrepresented and underserved youth, ensuring that no voice is left unheard and no potential goes untapped.

Our Mission is to empower young people in Ukraine by equipping them with relevant skills, knowledge, and opportunities for personal, professional, and civic development—fostering a generation that is creative, resilient, and socially engaged.

Main areas of work:
• Skills for Life and Work: Offering workshops, training, and mentoring on topics often not covered by traditional education, such as communication, leadership, digital safety, self-presentation, and project management.
• Youth Empowerment and Leadership: Supporting young changemakers, innovators, and community leaders through project incubation, peer support, and leadership development programmes.
• Inclusive Spaces: Creating informal "playground" environments where youth can test ideas, connect across differences, and grow through creative expression, experimentation, and collaboration.
• Community Engagement: Encouraging young people to take an active role in shaping their communities and contributing to social, economic, and cultural life.
• International Cooperation: Building partnerships with youth organisations abroad to share experiences, strengthen solidarity, and participate in global youth dialogues.

Our Purpose: we work to create favourable conditions for the development of a creative, energetic, and civically active young generation — capable of contributing meaningfully to the future of Ukraine and beyond.
