As a social enterprise, we pursue the goal of making education, vocational orientation and vocational training more modern, creative and digital. To this end, we have been developing innovative concepts and implementing a wide range of educational opportunities for young people, students, trainees, employees and job seekers in Germany and abroad since 2012. We create 360° explorations of numerous job profiles and dual study programs, develop interactive and multi-modular 360° video training courses and conduct classroom workshops at schools. We work together with over 2800 schools, 350 companies and numerous local and international partners. A large number of our projects are supported by the European Social Fund, the Federal Republic of Germany, the State of Berlin and the Berlin Economy. We are also prize winners of the competition "Landmarks in the Land of Ideas" 2019.
