Rennes for Training and Development

Rennes for Training and Develipment (TTi Program) is a leading Jordanian non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem across Jordan and the wider Mediterranean region. Established in 2010, TTi has implemented more than 50 national and regional initiatives, supporting over 10,000 youth, women, refugees, and early-stage entrepreneurs. The organisation operates at the micro, meso, and macro levels, offering direct support to entrepreneurs, capacity building for ecosystem actors, and policy-level engagement.

TTi specialises in startup incubation and acceleration, green and digital innovation, digital and AI skills development, and capacity building for Entrepreneurship Support Organisations (ESOs). Its programs foster inclusive and sustainable growth, with a particular focus on underserved communities outside Amman. TTi manages one of Jordan’s most active regional networks—the Aqaba Entrepreneurship Network (AEN)—connecting public institutions, private sector actors, universities, and startups in the south of Jordan.

At the institutional level, TTi delivers tailored capacity-building programs for ESOs, universities, civil society organisations, and government entities, helping them design incubation pipelines, improve service delivery, and integrate sustainability and digital transformation into their operations. TTi’s curriculum includes modules on business model validation, investment readiness, green transition, AI and digital inclusion, gender-responsive entrepreneurship, and cross-border market access.

TTi is deeply embedded in cross-country cooperation, working with partners across the EU, MENA, and Gulf regions. The organisation has active collaborations with partners in Portugal, Tunisia, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Lebanon. TTi frequently participates in EU-funded programs and proposal consortia, with experience in Interreg NEXT MED, Erasmus+, Euromed Clusters Forward, and regional digital-skills and innovation initiatives. TTi’s international work focuses on peer exchange, transnational learning, mobility opportunities, and cluster-to-cluster cooperation.

Research and ecosystem mapping also represent a core part of TTi’s mandate. The organisation has produced national ecosystem maps, innovation glossaries, and sector-specific studies, including the Jordan Energy Startup Ecosystem Report and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Terminology Glossary (Jordan). TTi uses this research to design evidence-based interventions that address real ecosystem gaps.

In addition to its non-profit work, TTi benefits from a strong technical backbone through its affiliation with experts in digital transformation, SDLC process engineering, AI adoption, and business continuity—adding unique value for innovation-driven partnerships, especially those involving digitalisation or green transition pathways.

Core expertise includes:
• Startup incubation & acceleration program design
• Green innovation, circular economy & sustainability
• Digital skills, AI literacy & digital inclusion
• Investment readiness & entrepreneurship training
• Capacity building for ESOs, CSOs, and universities
• Cross-border cooperation & EU–South Med partnerships
• Peer-learning exchanges, mobility, and cluster collaboration
• Research, ecosystem mapping, and policy support
• Youth & women empowerment
• Refugee and host community economic inclusion

Through its work, TTi aims to build a more inclusive, resilient, and competitive entrepreneurship ecosystem, contributing to sustainable economic development and stronger cooperation between Jordan, the Mediterranean region, and Europe. TTi is open to building consortia, co-designing innovative proposals, contributing expertise, and developing long-term strategic partnerships with EU and regional actors.
