RADEM GLOBAL AI is a Human Transformation Intelligence initiative developing methodologies and AI-supported systems for measurable human, organisational, institutional and societal transformation.
Our ecosystem integrates three complementary architectures:
• **HUTIS – Human Transformation Intelligence System:** assesses human and organisational readiness, adaptive capacity, trust, acceptance, resistance, skills and transformation barriers.
• **UTTIS – Urban Technological Transformation Intelligence System:** supports cities, public institutions and communities in assessing readiness for technological, social and urban transformation.
• **RIHTE – RADEM Institute for Human Transformation & Excellence:** connects identified readiness and competence gaps with targeted education, skills development, capacity building and excellence pathways.
Our longitudinal approach follows a measurable transformation cycle:
**T0 Assessment → Gap Intelligence → Targeted Intervention → T1 Reassessment → Adaptive Intervention → T2 Transformation Evidence**
RADEM GLOBAL AI is interested in European and international R&D, education and innovation partnerships involving human-centred AI, future skills, workforce transformation, employability, lifelong learning, organisational excellence, societal resilience, urban transformation and responsible technology adoption.
We seek collaboration with universities, research organisations, public authorities, municipalities, VET and education providers, innovation ecosystems, companies and civil society organisations.
Our objective is to complement technological innovation with a measurable understanding of whether people, organisations and communities are ready, able and willing to adopt, sustain and benefit from transformation.
