PACEM Youth Organization

Pacem International Youth Association is a youth-focused non-governmental organization actively involved in Erasmus+ programmes. The association designs, implements and contributes to international projects, with a strong focus on youth exchanges, training courses, capacity building and long-term cooperation.

Pacem has experience in Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 activities and is actively expanding its engagement in KA3 projects through strategic partnerships. The organization works with young people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, aiming to foster intercultural learning, active citizenship, leadership skills and social impact. Our activities are based on non-formal education methods and participant-centred approaches.

The organization operates with a dedicated team of project managers, youth workers, trainers and volunteers who collaborate throughout all project phases, including needs analysis, project design, implementation, evaluation and dissemination. Depending on the project scope, Pacem’s activities typically involve dozens to hundreds of young participants, as well as educators, youth workers and partner organizations.

Pacem places strong emphasis on dissemination and sustainability. Project results are shared through the organization’s website, social media channels and partner networks. In addition, Pacem contributes to the dissemination of results through workshops, local and international events, and collaborative activities with partner organizations, educational institutions and public bodies.

The association is open to building long-term partnerships based on mutual trust, shared values and sustainable cooperation within the Erasmus+ framework.
