On my way

On my way is a non-profit organisation based in Spain. Our mission is to empower and support young individuals on their journey to personal growth, professional success and active life. The association aims to work both locally and internationally and the core team has previous experience in sports, education, psychology, filming, design and non-formal education.

Our main goals are:

- Social inclusion and cultural diversity, providing support and offering opportunities for learning and personal development for young individuals. Promoting intercultural exchange and mutual enrichment among young people from diverse backgrounds, advocating a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, and actively supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Health and well-being, encouraging healthy lifestyles through initiatives that focus on nutrition, physical activity, and mental health and offering accessible and healthy leisure activities.
- Gender equality, advocating for feminist values, gender equality, women's empowerment, and actively combating gender-based violence.
- Social entrepreneurship.
- Sustainability and environmental care, advocating for sustainable practices, combating consumerism
- Financial education and responsible consumption.
