NGO Way2Grow

Way2Grow is a Ukrainian non-governmental, non-profit organisation (PIF No: 870715554) established in 2025 by experienced academics and entrepreneurs with over 15 years of expertise in formal and non-formal education, international project management, and community development.
Our mission is to promote sustainable development by implementing educational, research, innovative, and cultural initiatives in the fields of international business, digital transformation, SME support, youth mobility, green economy, and inclusive education.
Way2Grow has strong competencies in:
Developing and delivering training programmes, workshops, and educational events.
Implementing grant-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, PAUSE, EU4DigitalUA).
Supporting start-ups and local entrepreneurship, including winning and managing regional business grants.
Digitising cultural heritage and promoting barrier-free access to education and culture.
Our leadership combines academic excellence with practical business experience. Co-founders include a Doctor of Economics and university department head, as well as a project manager/business owner with over 10 years in wholesale and retail trade.
We are open to partnerships for joint grant applications, cultural exchanges, and educational initiatives, and are committed to delivering high-quality, impactful results.
