NewBeginnings Charitable Trust is a registered ngo working with children, women, and youth at the grassroots and urban slums.

NCT fights for the rights of the children especially against child trafficking, domestic labour and illiteracy. Education to children is one of the prime policy to NCT. NCT stands with every girl children since girls are treated subordinate to their male peers. While we equal importance to child rights, girl children have our more concern.

NCT conducts leadership animations as part of capacity building programmes for youth. The unemployed and unskilled youth remain the primary focus of our youth programmes. Through different animation and workshops, NCT we aim at social responsibility, leaderships skills, communication, entreprenural, self-esteem and organizes inter youth groups conferences and discussions on social topics that affect youth in different communities with a focus on civic responsibility to better the participation of youth in their own communities.

NewBeginnings is professionally experienced in promoting innovative Entreprenural skills among the youth that will make them employable in the job markets. We have introduced online skills training for unemployed and unskilled youth on different employable skills such as customer care service, beautician course and adobe Photoshop. The skills training online classes and materials available in local vernacular languages making learning easy.

Towards women empowerment, NCT promotes women groups as the social change agents in their own communities and men as partners in progress. NCT conducts rights workshops, awareness camps for women based on the constitutional rights.
NCT also provides skills based training promoting alternative income generation programmes for women, micro-credit movements, community watchers programme against domestic violence.

We has established NCT Network of ngos for better coordination and sharing best practices among the partner ngos. There are 11 ngos spread across all the five Southern States in India.

NCT also promotes international volunteers service. As part of it, the organisation hosts and coordinates international volunteers within our programmes and coordinate the placements with our partner ngos. We have been hosting Weltwaerts volunteers, Germany initiated and supported by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, Germany since 2010.

The organisation is governed by Executive Board consisting of five members which is elected on every year. The Administrative Board, which includes the Chairman, three Programme Managers and Finance Manager, handles the day-today running of the organisation.
