New Generation Development Association

New Generation Development Association is working on three area which are:
a-ResearchDevelopment Studies: Feasibility studies, print and visual resource development studies are carried out for the field of children and youth.
b-Support Programs: We run training courses, certificate programs, scholarship programs so that children and young people can better prepare for the future
c- Cooperation and Exchange Programs: It cooperates with local, national and international scale and supports the dissemination of changes and good examples.
New Generation Development Association The foundation gave education to 5000 Syrian refugees with age of 7-16 years old in İstanbul, Kilis and Gaziantep on the years between 2016-2017. The education program composed of therapy with games, life skills, and therapy with pictures to create awareness, Looking positive to life, art therapy, psycho social education for children and social cohesion and living together.

We are working national and international level. The aims and activities of New Generation Development Association are:
- Providing the opportunity for young people and individuals to receive coaching that will support them in transforming their own lives.
- Providing coaching to youth workers and those working with groups of individuals with fewer opportunities to receive coaching that will support them in transforming the lives of their target group.
- Providing consultancy for non-profit organizations in project development/project management and securing funding for projects that will increase the impact and sustainability of the organization.
- Decreasing unemployment by providing soft skill/personal development trainings for individuals from less advantaged backgrounds, young people and youth workers.
- Supporting the sustainable development of society and economic growth.
- Developing innovative personal development training methods and modules.

Since its inception, the association has been organizing dialogue meetings and conversations with local NGOs. In the last year, within the scope of the EU Youth in Action Program, a training course was organized with the Action 3.1 project. The founding members of the association and members of the association are active people in the field of civil society.
