Knisper Coaching
Knisper Coaching offers experiential learning for international youth groups through a mix of outdoor education, bushcraft, and group development methods. Led by youth coach Jelle Symons, the program focuses on building connection, confidence, teamwork, and resilience in nature‑based settings.
Through non‑formal learning, participants engage in activities such as fire‑making, shelter building, team challenges, reflective exercises, and cooperative games. These outdoor experiences are designed to strengthen communication, encourage intercultural understanding, and support personal growth.
Knisper Coaching creates a safe, playful, and adventurous atmosphere where young people can explore new skills, discover their strengths, and forge a strong group identity—ideal for international youth exchanges seeking meaningful and memorable shared experiences.
