The city of Jönköping has 140,000 inhabitants and 12,600 of them are students at Jönköping University. Jönköping lies on the southern shores of Lake Vättern and has a beautiful city centre with gorgeous waterfront views. The city has a large number of businesses and a university located in the centre of the town. Jönköping is surrounded by nature close by. Swedes love to take care of nature and the environment, which is why their country is such a beautiful and clean place to live.
