İlge Association is a team of youth workers who have been involved in local, national, and international projects focused on informal, formal and non-formal education. Our group consists of youth workers who are ready to design and execute world-class initiatives for social change, equality, tolerance, and creativity. We are also supported by other volunteers who share similar ideals and are ready to help us with their expertise in non-formal education. Our founders have extensive international and national volunteer program experience. Our main goal is to provide every young person with the space and opportunity to express themselves and develop in accordance with the needs of the 21st century. To this end, we are building a global network by meeting a wide variety of cultures.

- Create a Social & Economic Sustainable Environment
- Build Bridges of Communication Among our Partners in Europe, Asia,Africa.
