Fundacja Idearium

Fundacja Idearium is a youth-focused non-profit organisation based in Poland, working to create meaningful educational and international opportunities for young people.

Our activities focus on non-formal education, inclusion, digital competences, creativity, personal development and active participation. We are particularly interested in projects that respond to challenges young people experience in everyday life and transform them into practical learning experiences.

We develop and participate in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, Training Courses and other international youth initiatives. Our approach is strongly youth-centred: we aim to involve young people not only as participants, but also in identifying needs, developing project ideas, preparing activities and disseminating project results.

We are especially interested in topics such as responsible use of artificial intelligence, digital wellbeing, different ways of learning and thinking, creativity, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, intercultural learning, communication and youth empowerment.

We value partnerships with organisations that actively work with young people and are interested in genuine co-creation rather than only participant recruitment. We are open to building long-term cooperation with reliable organisations across Europe.
