Fondazione Poiesis

Since 2023, the foundation has started collaborating in Erasmus + projects in the field of education, training, youth with incoming activities for students and teachers to promote the personal and professional development of citizens. As the COVID-19 pandemic has shown, access to education is proving more essential than ever to ensure a speedy recovery while promoting equal opportunities for all. As part of the economic recovery process, the Foundation collaborates with Umbrian companies and professional institutes to offer activities and opportunities for personal, socio-educational and professional development of European citizens and beyond, so that no one is left behind.
Another challenge that the Foundation wants to face concerns the trends, recorded throughout Europe, relating to a limited participation in the social and cultural life of the youngest groups. The issue can also be addressed with non-formal learning activities, aimed at developing the skills and competences of young people and offering them opportunities for active participation in social and cultural activities. This is why the Foundation has decided this year to collaborate with Ass.ni in the Umbrian territory in order to build a network of relationships that will allow it to have a widespread knowledge of the needs of the territory, especially related to young people, as they come from many reports of a growing emotional and psychological malaise expressed by children and young people in very different forms and intensities. At the same time, families, schools, services (primarily neuropsychiatry) have shown concern and difficulty with respect to the possibility of carrying out their educational and/or care task in order to deal with this situation in suitable times and ways.
