Femnova Platform

FemNova Platform is an informal group of young people based in Azerbaijan working to empower youth through non-formal education, volunteering, and innovative community-based initiatives. Our mission is to provide accessible learning opportunities that foster leadership, intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, and sustainable development. We aim to support young people in developing the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to become proactive contributors to society at local and international levels.
Although we operate as an informal group, FemNova holds an OID (E10430568) and PIC (865649341), confirming our eligibility to participate in Erasmus+ partnerships. We also maintain a structured internal system consisting of departments in International Relations (IR), Human Resources (HR), Project Management (PM), Public Relations (PR), and Information Technology (IT). This structure allows us to ensure organised coordination, quality participant preparation, effective communication with partners, strong dissemination of project results, and the development of digital initiatives.
We actively organise free educational initiatives such as English Speaking Clubs hosted in community spaces, upcoming Spanish language sessions, programming lessons, and Fem TED, a youth-led public speaking and idea-sharing platform. Through these activities, we promote communication skills, leadership development, teamwork, critical thinking, digital literacy, and social responsibility among young people.
Our interests within Erasmus+ include non-formal learning, youth leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainability, social inclusion, gender equality, active participation, intercultural learning, and digital education. As a Partner Country organisation, we are eligible to participate in Youth Exchanges (KA152) and Youth Workers Mobility (KA153) as a sending organisation, and we are eager to cooperate with experienced Programme Country partners to design meaningful learning experiences that create long-term impact.
For international projects, we can involve motivated participants aged 18–25 and an experienced group leader with strong communication skills and commitment to quality implementation. We value responsible partnership, transparency, and long-term cooperation based on mutual trust and shared impact.
