Kozan Pioneers of Change Association (Kozan Değişim Öncüleri Derneği)Kozan Pioneers of Change Association is a newly established non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Kozan, Adana, Turkey. Founded with the mission to inspire and empower individuals—especially youth—to drive positive social change, the organization seeks to leverage education, innovation, and active citizenship to address both local and global challenges. Although still in its early stages, Kozan Pioneers of Change has quickly positioned itself as a vibrant and forward-looking entity dedicated to supporting community development, educational progress, and youth engagement. Type and SizeAs a newly established, medium-sized NGO, Kozan Pioneers of Change consists of a passionate and skilled team of educators, youth workers, volunteers, and social entrepreneurs. Though relatively small in scale, the organization has ambitious goals and a clear vision for fostering local change and building international partnerships. Our team works collaboratively with local institutions, public authorities, and international stakeholders to design and implement high-impact projects. Scope of WorkDespite being new, Kozan Pioneers of Change has rapidly identified several key focus areas and priorities for its work. These include: Youth Empowerment: Promoting personal development, leadership skills, and self-management among young people to help them take active roles in their communities. Educational Innovation: Introducing creative and digital educational tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and holographic technology, to modernize local educational practices. Social Inclusion: Addressing inequalities and ensuring that marginalized or disadvantaged groups, including rural youth, have access to quality education, skills development, and opportunities for social participation. Sustainable Development: Raising environmental awareness and implementing projects related to sustainability, climate action, and green practices within local communities.
