CIAJ, Centre d'Informació i Assessorament per a Joves

CIAJ is municipal equipment directed to citizens between 12 and 35 years. Its aim is the purpose of guaranteeing that youngsters could design, construct and develop their own life project, as well as take part in social and collective projects of the city.
CIAJ is the first youth information centre in Barcelona and it’s tied to the beginning of the youth policies in the city. Last year CIAJ celebrated its 31th anniversary.

- Free and personalised attention to the citizenship to solve questions of their interest: cultures, women, studies, sports, housing, environment, International mobility, work.
- Derivation to specialized services.
- Informative activities.
- Personal advisors and support group in labour topics.
- Library specialized in tourism.
- Expediting youth cards.
- Bulletin board with information about different areas.
- Free area for studying.
- Free internet.
- Collaboration with associations and services, especially Raval district.
- Magazines and sheets with information about different subjects.
- Physical and virtual space to announce exchanges, particular classes and dealing.
