How Do You Do It? Youh information around Europe

We believe in our job: provide good information, counseling and orientation to young people in different fields: from career orientation both academic and professional, to opportunities abroad and personal development. We help young people to reach their dreams, goals, challenges and become the future citizens they want to be.

This project is born to bring together different professionals and organizations working in the youth field with similar values and objectives. Our main aim is to improve our daily job, sharing different realities and contexts from all the partners, and exchanging good practices and common challenges. Designing a project together that will help us to develop, improve and learn beyond our realities, and having a network to support our everyday work.

What do we want to achieve?
- Get to know different professionals in the youth field from different countries of Europe and their organizations.
- Scan the reality of every organization: services and information delivered, type young people, type of information requested, main challenges, good practices, etc.
- Diagnose needs and challenges of our job, our organization and the young people.
Share good practices between youth workers and organizations and extrapolate them to other contexts.
- Propose several actions that could help us improve and reach the needs diagnosed, in the short term and long term, such as meetings, seminars, job shadowing.
- Improve the quality of attention to young people using creativity and innovation.
- Networking among youth workers and centres to share information, ways of work, build bridges, create future projects.
