Association Yoga Center HEALTH AND HARMONY Bitola

Yoga Center “Health and Harmony” Bitola is a sport association established in 2016. The organisation promotes physical and mental well-being through yoga and related activities. Its work covers several areas: regular and advanced yoga courses, specialised sessions for children, elderly people, pregnant women, athletes, and vulnerable groups, as well as therapeutic yoga for people with specific health conditions. The centre cooperates with healthcare institutions for prevention and rehabilitation and with sports clubs to integrate yoga into training.

The association has around 5 unpaid staff/volunteers and regularly works with over 100 learners and participants per year. Its activities are focused on education, sport, health, inclusion and community development.

What are the activities of our organization?
As Yoga Center we provide:
● Organising courses for beginners, regular, and advanced practitioners to improve physical and mental well-being.
● Conducting specialised yoga courses for specific groups such as pregnant women, children, the elderly, athletes, young people, and marginalised communities.
● Organising seminars, conferences, symposiums, and workshops on yoga philosophy, psychology, and its connection with medicine and other sciences.
● Hosting public lectures and awareness campaigns on the benefits of yoga.
● Raising awareness about healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and environmental consciousness.
● Establishing partnerships with national and international yoga centres and organisations.
