Asociatia Impreuna pentru Viitor Constanta

Ipv Constanta is an apolitical and humanitarian NGO established in Constanta, Romania.

Since 2015 we have developed many innovative projects on local, regional and national level.
Our motto is "WE ARE WHAT WE DO!", an idea that through continuous hard work and implication we are trying to convey to young people coming from various environments.

We managed to gather a diverse community around our meaningful actions, their support being the most valuable tool towards evolution, tolerance and progress. We work with children and young people coming from marginalized group, teaching them that they add value to the world we live in.
We offer them the chance to build up a better future with the help of education. We support every person in need and we strongly believe that volunteering is the milestone for the social evolution.

Our opinion is that education represents a turning point in young people’s life. Poverty or other social obstacles must not be an obstacle towards education, that is why we fight against rural school dropout, helping children with limited financial resources to continue school through donations and non-formal education.
We involve children from orphanages in our educational events and we have built a reliable network which includes the majority of schools in the county.
We work with women that belong to minority groups, teaching them that they should be proud of their
physical appearance and cultural values.
We support physical and emotional health through
activities that encourage social inclusion, personal care and self-esteem.
We pay special attention to disabled groups because we think that the invaluable resources they come up with were not emphasised enough in Romania. In this context, IPV Constanta opened in 2017, the
first Romanian beach accessible to people with disabilities, and the project won two national
awards.

Each one of us is able to improve our communities through personal initiatives and volunteering. We have designed a playground that helps kids develop their creativity and intelligence. We organize weekly workshops that have as main aim to bust creativity and to develop social competences.

Every time we initiate a program, we involve people in our actions and mobilize community resources. We are helping homeless people, the elderly, rural women, children from disadvantaged families and disability groups.

We celebrate diversity, creativity, and collaborate with local authorities in our major works.
