ASOCIATIA HAR RODITOR

Har Roditor Association is a non-governmental organization, founded in April 2020, based on the ordinance 26/2000, on the regime of associations and foundations in Romania.
The association works for the promotion of moral values, respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, economic, social and cultural human rights, in a national and European context.
The Har Roditor Association was born precisely out of the desire to be able to share Christian love in all its forms, because Christian love means nothing more than living God's love in everyday life: feeding the hungry, giving drink to the thirsty, visiting the sick and the lonely.
In the short time since the Association Har Roditor was born, we have managed with the help of the sailors, to help both newborns with the necessities of daily life, pupils, students and the elderly.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION HAR RODITOR

To prevent and combat all forms of discrimination;
Protection of fundamental rights and freedoms;
Development of Roma communities in the context of civil, economic, social, cultural and political rights;
Promoting and supporting a multicultural society and intercultural dialogue;
Realisation and implementation of community development programmes;
Workplace integration services, temporary employment or on-the-job training, creation of permanent jobs for disadvantaged people in the labour market and sheltered workshops;
Provision of employment services, such as information and vocational counselling, assistance, mentoring, tutoring, career guidance, psychological counselling, psychiatric counselling, job mediation;
Establishment and development of social economy enterprises and cooperatives;
Information, counselling, career guidance and labour market mediation services for job seekers;
Development and provision of guidance and educational counselling services to prevent early school leaving;
Counselling services for parents to understand the importance of education and early intervention and their role in children's education;
Creation and development of networks and partnerships between schools, local institutions, employment services, social and health services, etc. to prevent early school leaving and reintegrate early school leavers into education;
Support for the training of teachers and trainers and other staff working with early school leavers, early school leavers and the adult population;
Development of specific actions to improve and promote social skills in order to facilitate the social integration of early school leavers and the adult population;
Support for the development of non-formal and informal learning for those at risk of early school leaving and early school leavers/ drop-outs;
Promotion and development of partnership activities between profit-oriented and non-profit organisations in order to develop the social economy;
Socio-educational activities for pre-school and school children;
Information, counselling and education services on public health to improve the health situation of disadvantaged groups;
Direct economic activities for the achievement of the objectives of the association, according to art. 46 letter d of OG 26/2000: - "Motion picture and video production activities - Code CAEN 5911".
Vocational training services: code CAEN 8559 "other forms of education n.e.c.".
