Asociatia Generatia 360

Asociatia Generatia 360 is a newly founded youth-led NGO based in Bucharest, created by three close friends united by a shared vision: to build a world where young people feel safe, empowered, and inspired to grow.

Although new as an entity, our team brings together years of experience in youth work, volunteering, and non-formal education, with strong backgrounds in areas such as environmental protection, gender equality, youth training, and sustainable development. Having been actively involved in various NGOs and international projects, we carry with us not only knowledge and skills, but also the energy, creativity, and determination to make a lasting impact.

Through our work, we aim to create a welcoming space for young people – and for all those who share our values – to learn, connect, and develop. A space that fosters empathy, inclusion, personal growth, and collaboration.

Our aspiration is to become a model of good practice among NGOs, offering innovative opportunities for learning, exchange, and community building. With each project, we move closer to our mission: to inspire and empower a generation ready to shape a better, more compassionate world.
