Arif Nihat Asya High School / Erasmus Coordinator

Arif Nihat Asya High School aims to train and educate each student in order to be a responsible citizen, active in society, able to know and interact with the surrounding reality through a solid cultural education.
Our school, located in the heart of the city of Sancaktepe, Istanbul. As our school is accepted by a national entrance examination , it is attended not only by students from its own town, but also from the other Municipalities . The school is open to the surrounding territory and fosters a permanent dialogue with the local institutions and the cultural, entrepreneurial and professional entities. Arif Nihat Asya has joined network agreements with schools located both in the territory of the Province of Istanbul and also of the others. Territorial networks have also been created between schools of both the same and different levels of education in order to develop specific and transversal skills.
As we are a new school, our school could not realized Erasmus projects, yet. But we know that these European experiences enriche our students and teacher’s cultural baggage getting in touch with other European cultures.
These activities is a privilege for our students and teachers because they represent new perspectives for all the school members. We hope that all these intercultural contacts can encourage our students and have better opportunities to work abroad.
