Methodology & Key CompetenciesThe organization’s pedagogical and artistic framework is built on an experiential "learning by doing" approach, emphasizing non-formal education and non-verbal communication. Key methodological pillars include: Physical Theatre & Movement: Utilizing body language, rhythm, balance, and spatial awareness to overcome language barriers and express complex human emotions. Social Theatre & Street Theatre: Transforming public and community spaces into interactive stages for social dialogue, civic engagement, and community building. Psychodrama & Action-Based Reflection: Providing practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal empowerment within a safe group setting. Professional Capacity Building: Conducting specialized 50-hour and 100-hour training programs for educators, artists, trainers, and youth workers engaged in socially driven creative work. These programs focus on theater pedagogy, leadership development, group dynamics, and game design for educational settings.
