In 2012, Bursa Health Workers Association was established as BUSAD, and for eight years, it has been the social side of health workers, caring for health workers in every field, giving importance to youth work and aiming to ensure the development of young people in personal, cultural and social fields. The story of a unique organisation that brings young people and healthcare professionals together at common points and makes young people and healthcare professionals feel special is a journey that excites us all.

History Turkey's Association TÜSÇAD, which was established in November 2019 in order to create representative offices and open branches around the world and to announce its vision mission to the world, has become an idol in association with its structure that embraces everyone. Currently, there are approximately 8 branches in Turkey. Although its fields of activity are very wide, TÜSÇAD is a non-governmental organisation that has gained the appreciation of everyone with its structure that can walk upright on its own spine, does not owe anyone a diet, does not walk in the shadow of anyone in the backyards, and does not pursue a position of authority.
