Youth SUCCESSors is a Capacity Building project that wants to empower and foster employability of European and International youth starting from the valorization of the resources that their countries can offer them.
In order to promote this objective the consortium intends to train youth workers from Italy, Greece, Spain and Argentina in the organization of non-formal and informal learning activities for skills development related to entrepreneurship and territorial promotion. (We have already participants from Spain and Argentina and we are at the moment only looking for participants from Italy or Greece.)
Until today the first phase has been implemented in Italy and Greece and now possible participants will have the chance to participate in a 7-day training course in Spain where they will exchange knowledge and experience with others focusing on cultural heritage and informal/non-formal learning.
The aim of the training is to interact and discover the culture of the area concluding with the preparation of a business project. Participants should have previous relevant experiences in the field of youth and in the field of territorial promotion/tourism/environment and cultural heritage promotion, motivation, English language skills.
Young people, Youth workers, Youth leaders, educators, mentors and tutors willing to participate have to complete the attached application form and to send it at consulting@4-elements.org.
Participants will have to show a real commitment in taking part in the project and in participating for the entire duration of the activity (7 days) in all the project session and also to share their experience once they are back in their coutries.
Eligible participants have to be over 18 and resident in Italy (Pritority Region : Campania) and Greece (Priority area : Athens). As a result of the participation in this project, will be issued a European certification (“Youthpass”) certifying the skills gained.

This training course is funded through the Erasmus+ program, therefore accommodation in shared rooms, food, materials, the program up to the maximum allowed amount will be fully reimbursed
