V4Volunteers: Training for coordinators of volunteers

Training Course

This is a training course for coordinators of volunteers and it is part of the long term project V4Volunteers.

V4V for Volunteers (V4V) is a 36-months Erasmus+ KA3 project that aims to empower youth workers and support staff who are experienced in the voluntarism

to develop competences related to promotion, implementation and mainstreaming of volunteering projects
το contribute to the legal decision and policy making processes that shapes the voluntary youth work across Europe

This is a training course created in order to build coorinators' capacity to support volunteers, and to help them to discover their skills and interest.

To clarify the role of the coordinator in volunteering projects;
To exchange techniques and tools about recruimentment and training of volunteers;
To learn about management of volunteering projects, different monitoring and evaluation activities and provision of activities to voluneers;
To develop strategies for fostering the volunteer's learning path.

Participation fee

No participation fee.

Accommodation and food

Accommodation and food will be arranged by the sending organisations in accordance to the COVID19 health protocols in place during the action.

In case there is a need for COVID19 test, this cost may be covered too.

Travel reimbursement

Travel will be arranged by the sending organisation based on real cost of tickets. Max amount covered by participant is 400 EUR.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
