Objectives:
Before you connect with others, you must be connected to all parts of you.  
1.Through dance and body movement, you will discover and learn about you, your body, your emotions and about how you communicate beyond the words. Learn how to manage inclusive teams through instruments from dance-therapy, about the non-verbal language and what it communicates.
2.Through acting exercises ,you will develop your self-confidence , but above all you will be able to embrace a non-judgemental perspective.
3. Experiencing different perspectives through artistic methods will help you to understand  yourself and the others better and to connect easier.

We're going to talk about inclusion in art (dance and acting), and see how we can challenge our perspectives when we are working with people with disssabilities or neurodiverse, and neurotypical.

For whom? - Youth workers who want to enhance their skills in inclusive team-building through non-formal artistic methods (dancing and acting), gain insights into conflict resolution, and group dynamics, and integrate art into inclusive education.

We are looking for youth workers above 18 y.o. from Romania, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Türkiye, Hungary (4 per country) that:

• are motivated to develop themselves in order to be able to guide young people
• are working/will be working with young people through NFE methods and art
• have a good level of English
• are residents of selected countries

Experience in dance or theatre is not required and it is not a selection criteria!

Fully funded by the European Union, covering transport, accommodation, food, and the entire program.
