Training Course
12-20 May 2023 | Tallinn, Estonia
About the project:
The purpose of the training course "Energizers for Inclusion" is for the participants to acquire practical knowledge of adapting methods of non-formal education for a diverse group, using the example of energizers.
A particularly important component of the training is gaining experience in a multi-level group, which in itself will be a huge resource for each of the participants. We will not only talk about inclusion, but also gain invaluable experience of living and relaxing together.
And now a little bit of the formal tasks of our project:
All of the energizers, as well as the developments during the training course, will form the basis for a manual that will be published after the course.
Course program:
The training course will be intensive and include daily 4 practical sessions, as well as time for individual and team reflection in the evenings. During the training course there will be a unique opportunity to visit the inclusive Estonian school Vivere Kool.
The program includes the following topics:
● understanding inclusion and disability,
Fears and barriers in communication within an inclusive group,
Practical cases of organizing inclusive projects and events,
● energizers as a way to engage and focus,
● Erasmus+ educational program,
● European Youth Passport YouthPass.
A detailed program can be found at the end of the info-package.
We want to attract the Russian-speaking population, people who find it easier to communicate in Russian, and Russian-speaking communities in these countries, in order to introduce them to the Erasmus+ program.
Please read our infopack carefully before filling out the form.
