The purpose of the training course "Energizers for Inclusion" is to provide participants with practical knowledge about adapting methods of non-formal education for multilevel group.

About the project: 

The purpose of the training course "Energizers for Inclusion" is for the participants to acquire practical knowledge of adapting methods of non-formal education for a diverse group, using the example of energizers. 

A particularly important component of the training is gaining experience in a multi-level group, which in itself will be a huge resource for each of the participants. We will not only talk about inclusion, but also gain invaluable experience of living and relaxing together.

And now a little bit of the formal tasks of our project:

  • to gain experience working together in a diverse group;
  • to increase our knowledge about inclusion and the situation in the countries involved in the project;
  • to get experience of working together in a multilevel group;
  • to increase our knowledge about inclusion and the of the project;
  • to adapt 6-8 popular energizers and test them in groups;
  • share your professional experience and learn about others' experience;
  • get acquainted with the ERASMUS+ program and its possibilities for
  • to learn about the ERASMUS+ program and its possibilities for young people and youth workers.

All of the energizers, as well as the developments during the training course, will form the basis for a manual that will be published after the course.

Course program:
The training course will be intensive and include daily 4 practical sessions, as well as time for  individual and team reflection in the evenings. During the training course there will be a unique opportunity to visit the inclusive Estonian school Vivere Kool.

The program includes the following topics:
● understanding inclusion and disability,
Fears and barriers in communication within an inclusive group,
Practical cases of organizing inclusive projects and events,
● energizers as a way to engage and focus,
● Erasmus+ educational program,
● European Youth Passport YouthPass.
A detailed program can be found at the end of the info-package.

We want to attract the Russian-speaking population, people who find it easier to communicate in Russian, and Russian-speaking communities in these countries, in order to introduce them to the Erasmus+ program.

Accommodation and food

SALTO Participation and Information Resource Centre will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food of the selected participants.

Travel reimbursement

All selected participants will be reimbursed travel expenses in the amount established by the Erasmus+ program rules, strictly within the limit allotted to each participating country and according to the travel option and cost confirmed by the organizers.
 

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
